PRODUCTION PERSONS (Framed Art Manufacturing)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• These person(s) do not necessarily need to have experience but it is a great asset
• The individuals do need a good aptitude and an ability to learn quickly. We will train.
• We appreciate a warm personality to fit in with the family atmosphere in our plant.
• Physical dexterity is a must.
• Individuals must be able to fill various duties which include moving 60# to 70# boxes of moulding for occasional restocking.
• Longer term career people are wanted as the training is extensive.
• An ability to manage ones self and others will become a great asset for growth in the company.
• We do also have positions in this area for those interested in casual employment as well.

DUTIES: (may vary but training will begin in a specific area with specific responsibilities)

• Operation of a Computer controlled Pneumatic Picture Frame Nailing Machine & Operation of Pneumatic 14” Chop Saws.
• Nailing & Cutting of moulding with superior quality.
• Keeping our system for each customer’s material organized for easy control.
• Communication within the department to ensure quality & efficiency.
• Learning and completely understanding our “Work Orders” for the department. Keep material and paperwork organized.
• Ability to maintain machines.
• Moving 70 pound moulding boxes to restock bins for cutting.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assisting other departments when time is available to do so.

REMUNERATION:

• Is based on experience & productivity.
• Some benefits are available after 6 months of full time employment.
